Pending bonus funds: If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, funds subject to that requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is completed or the bonus is cancelled. Cancelling a bonus means you forfeit any remaining bonus balance.
o786 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control.

For formal disputes regarding a bet outcome or account action, please submit a written dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. o786 will acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 30 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through internal channels, the player may seek independent advice.
These Terms are to be interpreted in a fair and reasonable manner. Where any clause is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
